Geoff co-founded Op2mize Energy with the recognition of the inextricable relationship between real estate and energy. As an industry leader in innovation in real estate, Geoff has long been providing clients with strategy for the future of their workplace technology. Beyond Op2mize, Geoff has led national accounts for real estate development and investment firms CRG and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Geoff has given several high-profile keynote speeches on an array of forward-looking disruptive technology topics to industry and business audiences around the world. He has also served as the Global President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and sits on various tech Advisory Boards. Geoff earned a BGS from the University of Michigan.

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Op2mize Energy, Ra’eesa is responsible for driving revenue through all client-facing activities and initiatives. As an experienced leader with a proven track record of distinguished client service, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation within the energy sector, Ra’eesa has an unwavering passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the dynamic energy landscape. She brings a unique blend of expertise, strategic vision, and a commitment to creating a brighter, more sustainable future, while also cultivating high-performance teams and building long-lasting client relationships.

Among her many accolades and accomplishments, Ra’eesa he has achieved certification in energy management and economics, and currently sits on the esteemed Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Net Zero Cohort. She has taught best practices in ESG at ULI and NAIOP, and she is an accomplished speaker on a variety of energy-related topics. Ra’eesa graduated from University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Isabella is a driven professional known for her commitment to delivering precise, innovative, and measurable solutions to her clients’ commercial real estate and energy needs. With her passion for excellence and an eye for opportunities, she is devoted to contributing expertise to help her clients thrive in today's ever-evolving market.

In her role as Procurement Director at Op2mize Energy, Isabella leads a dedicated team that provides comprehensive energy procurement strategies and related services to property owners and space users in all deregulated markets. She takes pride in a role where the intersection of real estate, energy and disruptive tech is at the forefront, and is proud to be driving the change towards a greener, more efficient, and sustainable future.

Isabella Ferrozzo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor specifying in Leadership from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2021. Throughout her career, she studied the different aspects of law while conducting global interdisciplinary, multidimensional, and experiential research on the frameworks of leadership.
